If I select in-person, but get COVID a few days before the Event, can I attend the virtual event instead?

Yes, we may convert your ticket into a virtual ticket as long as you are able to provide proof that you have been diagnosed with COVID and submit your request at support@danlok.com within 72 hours before the event happens. 

Can I purchase a ticket onsite the day of the event?

No. Due to COVID restrictions, all tickets must be purchased in advance.

What is the Event schedule going to be?

Daily schedules aren’t typically published but plan on starting around 8 am and concluding later into the evening each day. We do reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.

Will any meals be provided with my In-Person Event ticket?

If you are attending the event in-person, lunch will be included for each day of the event.

What is the difference between IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL tickets?

For in-person, you will be in Vancouver, Canada at the physical venue where Dan and other in-person ticket holders are during the event; For virtual, you will join an online virtual conference room where you can watch anywhere in the world that there is internet access.

Will Dan Lok be present at the event or will he present over his studio?

Dan will be present at the event Live in person for the whole event.

Is there a Facebook Group for High Ticket Mastery LIVE?

No! But there is an online community within Telegram. You’ll get details and access to join the community in your welcome email after you register for the event.

Seating

If I come in person, will I be guaranteed to sit in the Main/Large room?

Yes, that’s the beauty of the room we’ve reserved for the event. We intend to make the in-person experience amazing for everyone who attends.

Is there a VIP/Preferred seating area?

Yes. VIPs will get a preferred seating area at the event that's optimized to learn and get the best intimate experience.

Do you make special accommodations for those with physical limitations?

Safety

What COVID protocols will be in place?

We will follow the COVID protocols of the Province of British Columbia, as well as the venue Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.

Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?

We will be following Province/City/Venue guidelines for masks and overall safety. Our ability to host this event will be determined by following the rules and regulations at the time of the event.

Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?

We will continue to analyze and make a determination on appropriate precautions. We will also be adhering to Canada’s and the venue's policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event. Updates will be shared with those who purchased In-Person tickets as we are close to the time of the event.

Do I need a Vaccine to attend?

We will be following COVID and safety protocols. At this time, we strongly recommend any in-person attendees to be vaccinated, but we do NOT require attendees to have a vaccine. However, any health and safety-related questions are subject to change. 

What happens if I get sick while travelling to the Event and/ or get sick at the Event?

- If you get sick before the Event, see above.
- If you get sick at the Event, we ask that you notify us immediately and do not attend.
